Inquiry
- Accepts the drawing for estimation → Conforming the specification

- Order acceptance meeting → cost checking meeting → submitting the estimation → accepting the order

Drawing acceptance
- Accepts the drawing for production → determines the process policy.
- Confirms the specification → problem ( trouble , etc ) analyses.
